Most of the condos for sale in Boise are concentrated in Downtown Boise.
Downtown Boise is one of the most well-kept Downtown’s I’ve personally experienced for a City its size. There’s a number of restaurants, coffees shops, shopping, and events that take place here throughout the year.
In the summer, there’s a farmers market that lines down 8th street. In the winter there’s Steelhead hockey games and of course the famous “Potato drop” New Years celebration.
Most of the Boise condos for sale were built in the early 2000’s, with some of the earlier projects were built in the 90’s.
