Floor Plans
Aspen Lofts floor-plans range from Studios, to 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. The Studios start with at a cozy 484 sq/ft while the penthouse units are about 4000 sq/ft. However, most of the floor plans range in the 600-1200 sq/ft.
Parking
The Aspen Lofts are attached to a large parking garage, and while some units for sale do come with a parking space in that garage, many of the smaller, less expensive units do not. In that case, the purchaser would have to pay for monthly parking in that parking garage or one of the several nearby.
