Luxury homes are located throughout Boise, but mostly in three distinct areas of Boise:
North Boise: Located just a few minutes to Downtown Boise, the foothills, and the river this was one of the first areas in Boise to be developed (in the late 1800’s & early 1900’s). Famous for its many tree-lined streets, Boise’s north end luxury homes include many historic homes that have restored & renovated. In more recent decades, many desirable foothill communities have been developed, brining many homes with great views of the city. These luxury homes in the foothills often include a variety of styles from craftsman to sleek modern homes.
NE Boise: Similar to the North End, luxury homes in this part of Boise include both historic and foothill homes, but more predominantly comprised of various foothill developments such as El Paseo.
SE Boise: The luxury homes in SE Boise are mostly concentrated between Park Center Blvd. and the Boise River. This unique location is bordered along the river by the prized Boise Greenbelt – a paved pathway perfect for casual strolls or bike rides while enjoying the sounds of water & wild birds. Like N & NE Boise, luxury homes in this area are just minutes to Downtown Boise as well as some of the finest parks in all of Boise.
Other areas of Boise: While most of the luxury homes in Boise are in N, NE, and SE Boise… some are found in found elsewhere. For example, NW Boise has some historic pockets with new or remodeled homes as well as some foothill developments. There’s also a geographic “bench” that runs along SE Boise, the Boise Bench, and West Boise where luxury view homes can come up for sale.
